Lucas calls every enquiry back himself, the same day it comes in, and gets round to look at the roof as quickly as he can fit it in. If you have water coming in, say so when he rings and it goes to the front of the queue.
We are based in Halifax and work out from there across West Yorkshire and up into the Dales: Huddersfield, Brighouse, Elland, Sowerby Bridge, Hebden Bridge and Todmorden in the valley, Bradford, Leeds and Keighley, and Skipton, Ilkley and the villages around them. Yes, completely free, and no. Lucas looks at the roof, tells you what it needs and gives you a price. Most people compare a few quotes and we are happy to be one of them.
It covers full re-roofs and flat roofs: if something goes wrong because of the way we fitted it, we come back and put it right. Repairs are a different thing and they are not covered by the 25 years, so ask what you are getting when you get the price, and you will be told straight. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer's own warranty.
Where the pitch or the height makes it the sensible way to see it, yes. It means you get shown the actual state of your roof close up rather than taking our word for it.
